Education

It is recognized that the Governor places high importance on education, particularly for children. He considers child education to be a government-provided right. As a result, he prioritized education as one of his key priorities. His government has invested almost N8 billion in education so far and has also approved the payment of NABTEB exam costs for all 1,751 SS3 students at Government Technical Colleges, as well as all 499 students taking NBAIS examinations at Government Arabic Colleges.

Within his first year in office, Governor Bala Mohammed built 270 new classrooms and renovated another 405 in the state. These initiatives have been pushed into hard-to-reach parts of the state to guarantee that great education is not limited to metropolitan inhabitants.

We are building a Greater Bauchi to secure the present and most importantly, the future of the next generation.
